Cookie policy

1. Cookies and local storage

A cookie is a small record stored by the browser for a site and sent with eligible later requests. LocalStorage keeps preferences in the browser without automatically sending them to a server. Both are associated with a specific site and browser profile.

Neiroport uses first-party records for the functions below. External sign-in and checkout pages may use their own cookies and policies. Following a link does not make their cookies Neiroport cookies.

2. Necessary Neiroport cookies

orbit_session identifies the signed-in session and connects dashboard requests to your account. It lasts up to seven days from issuance and is removed on sign-out. Production HTTPS uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. It contains neither a plaintext password nor an API key.

orbit_oauth_google, orbit_oauth_telegram and orbit_oauth_yandex temporarily bind an external sign-in attempt to the initiating browser. They are created only when that sign-in begins, last up to ten minutes and are cleared during a valid callback. They use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax with a path restricted to the relevant sign-in flow.

These cookies are needed for authentication and security functions you request. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, account linking or completion of an external flow. They are not used for advertising profiling.

3. Your interface preferences

orbit-locale in LocalStorage remembers ru or en. orbit-theme remembers dark, light or system theme. orbit-currency remembers RUB or USD display currency; the currency switch is available in the dashboard.

These records restore the interface on your device. They have no built-in expiry and remain until changed, cleared or removed by the browser. Some preferences are also saved in your account and may be restored after sign-in.

LocalStorage does not store your password or complete API key. The playground’s current conversation is held in page memory rather than a persistent LocalStorage chat history.

4. Analytics, advertising and external pages

The current Neiroport version does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics counters. Viewing pages does not require consent to advertising. Logos and graphics are served by this site, and the animation sends no third-party telemetry.

When you choose sign-in, your browser opens Google, Telegram or Yandex ID; payment opens the connected payment service. These providers may set cookies on their own domains. Manage those through the relevant service and browser settings.

If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, purposes, records and durations will be disclosed before activation. Where prior consent is required, such tools will remain inactive without it; refusal will not prevent access to basic functions.

5. Managing cookies and settings

You can sign out, delete neiroport.com site data, restrict cookies or use a separate browser profile. Clearing site data removes local preferences and may restore default language, theme and currency. It does not delete your server account, balance or transaction history.

Chrome and Edge offer privacy and site-data settings; Firefox offers cookie and site-data controls; Safari offers website-data management. Menu names vary by version. Preferences in another browser or device must be set separately.

Deleting a session cookie ends access from that browser until the next sign-in. It does not itself revoke API keys or sessions on other devices. Contact support to close an account or investigate suspicious access.
