Terms of service

Last updated October 10, 2026

These terms govern access to Neiroport, model usage, account balance and support. Read them before creating an account, adding funds or submitting requests.

1. Service and agreement

Neiroport provides a dashboard, API keys, access to available AI models through a unified interface, a playground, usage records and payment tools. The service arranges and technically supports access; external infrastructure processes models. The catalogue, capabilities and availability may change.

Creating an account or beginning paid API use after reviewing these conditions constitutes acceptance of the terms. Viewing public pages does not mean consent to optional data processing. Separately agreed written conditions take priority for the service they expressly cover.

Users must be adults with the required legal capacity. If acting for an organisation, you confirm your authority to do so. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights or other applicable legal guarantees.

2. Account and security

Provide a working email and accurate necessary information. Available sign-in methods are shown on the login page. Use an external account only if you are entitled to control it. Do not impersonate another person or use unauthorised payment details.

You are responsible for safeguarding sign-in credentials and API keys, controlling connected applications and activity through your account. Review limits, key expiry and permitted models. Disable a suspected compromised key and contact support. We do not ask for passwords or sign-in codes in correspondence.

Access given to staff or applications must remain under your control with appropriate restrictions. Your own API-connected application is permitted subject to these terms and the law; it does not authorise you to represent yourself as Neiroport administration.

3. Models and technical limits

Requests use exact model identifiers from the current catalogue. Supported formats, tools, context length, pricing methods and limits depend on the model and selected route. A routing preference chooses among available options and is not itself an individual guarantee of speed, quality or uninterrupted operation.

Frequency, concurrency, payload size or functions may be restricted to protect infrastructure and meet processing conditions. Maintenance, external errors and catalogue changes can affect availability. Continuous availability of a particular model or an SLA requires a separately confirmed commitment.

Review AI output independently. It may be inaccurate, outdated, contain faulty code or be non-unique. Medical, legal, financial and other significant decisions require appropriate verification and competent assessment.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully, respect other people’s rights and intellectual property, and comply with applicable model restrictions. Have the rights and necessary permissions for submitted text, code, files, images and personal information.

Hacking, malware distribution, fraud, unlawful personal-data use, exploitation of minors, threats and other illegal activity are prohibited. Do not bypass security or billing controls, falsify payment confirmations, test infrastructure without authorisation, disrupt other users with excessive load or create fictitious accounts to abuse bonuses.

Do not process information whose restrictions are incompatible with the available service conditions. Confirm eligibility before submitting trade secrets, special-category personal information or other restricted material. Report vulnerabilities through support without publishing other people’s data or exploiting a flaw beyond necessary confirmation.

5. Prices, currency and accounting

Current prices appear in the catalogue and depend on model, route and billing method. Charges may cover input and output tokens, cache operations or individual operations; the relevant components are shown in the interface. The total depends on actual usage and confirmed accounting data.

Rubles are the default display currency, with an option to select US dollars. The accounting basis for balance and pricing remains USD; ruble equivalents use the displayed exchange rate. An exchange-rate change may alter the ruble equivalent without changing the dollar balance. Each invoice records its amount, currency and applied rate.

Part of your balance may be reserved before a request to check available funds, followed by settlement of actual usage. Cancelling a client stream does not guarantee that external processing has not started or consumed resources. Disputed charges are reviewed using the request identifier and accounting records.

New prices apply to later requests. Completed operations retain their recorded accounting conditions. Rounding and payment-service minimum-unit differences must be displayed before invoice confirmation.

6. Funding and bonuses

Use only the funding methods available in the dashboard: cryptocurrency, instant bank transfer or card when connected. Verify amount, currency, recipient, network and payment-page conditions. Funds are credited after confirmation; a pending payment is not a confirmed top-up.

For cryptocurrency payments, verify the network, address, invoice expiry, confirmation requirements and fees. An incorrect address or network may make recovery technically impossible. Provider and network fees are determined and disclosed by the respective payment participants before submission.

A first-registration bonus is granted once to a new account under the current conditions. Its base amount is USD 5, shown in the selected currency. A bonus is not money paid by the user, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and is not granted again for linking another sign-in method to an existing account.

The balance pays for Neiroport services. It is not a bank account, deposit or money-transfer facility. These terms do not authorise automatic card charges outside a payment method separately confirmed by the user.

7. Billing errors, cancellation and refunds

Contact support about duplicate entries, incorrect charges, unconfirmed payments or invoice discrepancies. Include the payment or request identifier, date and a description. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or a complete API key.

Confirmed accounting errors are corrected through a balance adjustment or appropriate refund. Requests for paid but unused funds are reviewed after verifying paid amounts, services already delivered, pending reservations and mandatory legal requirements. This process cannot restrict a mandatory right to cancel a service under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payer and payment method where possible. Receipt time depends on the provider, bank or network. Deductions require a lawful basis, delivered services or previously disclosed lawful costs; their nature and amount are explained. Promotional credits are not included in refunded user funds.

Correctly processed and accounted usage is not reversed solely because you subjectively dislike an AI response. This does not prevent review of technical errors, defective service or lawful user claims.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to your original material. You authorise the processing and transfer necessary for the selected function, limited to providing the service. This does not transfer ownership of your rights.

Rights to output and permitted uses depend on applicable law, source material and the selected model’s terms. Neiroport does not guarantee exclusivity, patentability, copyright eligibility or absence of similarity to other works. Verify necessary rights before publication or commercial use.

Service design, software and materials belong to their respective owners. API access does not grant rights to the Neiroport name or logo, website materials or external services’ trademarks.

9. Agents and external tools

When connecting an agent, IDE or plugin, you determine permissions to read files, execute commands, modify code and access networks. Check model availability and tool support. AI commands may be incorrect; sensitive actions should be reviewed in your application.

An API connection alone does not give Neiroport control over your computer. Actions are performed by the tools and applications you choose within their granted permissions. Do not grant access to information or actions you are unwilling to authorise.

10. Restrictions and closure

A key, request or account may be restricted as necessary for a breach, suspected compromise, fraudulent payment or legal requirement. Where not prohibited by law or inconsistent with protection, the user is informed of the reason and the available contact method.

You may stop using the API, disable keys and request account closure and final settlement. Closure does not cancel accrued obligations or legally required correction and refund rights. A restriction does not itself permit unconditional confiscation of lawfully paid funds.

11. Responsibility and circumstances beyond control

Each party is responsible for breach of its obligations to the extent required by applicable law. The service does not promise a particular commercial outcome, absolute AI accuracy, absence of interruptions or compatibility with every external application.

External infrastructure, connectivity and payment outages are assessed in light of actual control, measures taken and legal requirements; they do not automatically remove all obligations. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees.

12. Claims, disputes and updates

Use dashboard support or the channels below for questions and claims. Provide the account email, disputed operation identifier and requested resolution. We investigate and respond within the period appropriate to the issue and mandatory applicable law.

The parties seek resolution through correspondence. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by mandatory rules and the circumstances of the relationship; these terms do not remove legally available means of protecting your rights.

The current version appears at a permanent link. Material changes are communicated before applying to future use where required by law. New conditions do not retroactively alter completed paid operations. If you disagree, stop further use and contact support for final settlement.
